Updated 27 October 2026. These terms are between you and Think-app (Gerard Indo'Martinez, sole trader, ABN 98 701 357 794). Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Playing fair
Play with your own answers. Do not use tools to submit rounds, change the app, or game the world board. We can remove scores that break the rules.
How you treat other players
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post anything hateful, sexual, threatening, harassing or illegal, and do not share personal details of anyone in a chat or a display name. Report anyone who does. We review every report within 24 hours, remove the content and remove players who break these rules.
Your content
You keep what you write. You let us store and show your display name, scores and messages as needed to run the game.
The service
Initial is free, with nothing to buy. We may change or stop features, including online play. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
