Report or block a player
In a Race chat or on the world board, tap the player's name, then Report or Block. Blocking hides them on your phone at once. Reports go to a person who reviews them within 24 hours; a report made without internet is sent as soon as you are online. For anything urgent, email us with the time and the name they used.
An answer was not counted
When you are online, an answer that is not on our word lists is checked by the AI judge (Claude, by Anthropic) as the results come in, and the line under it says whether it counts and why. Only the category, the letter and the answer are sent. If the judge cannot be reached, tap Challenge and it is checked once you are back online; if it is still unsure, a person reviews it. In a Race, the players' vote decides and the judge only gives a hint.
Race will not connect
Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on both phones, allow Initial in Settings, Privacy and Security, Local Network, and keep Race open on both.
Delete your account and data
Settings, Delete my data. It removes your account on our server and everything on your phone. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
